When choosing a hockey uniform size, we generally recommend choosing the same size jersey as clothes you wear. Hockey Jerseys are designed much larger to account for equipment. If you’re unsure, size up! Sizing up is recommended for younger kids, especially in the 11-14 age group. We know from having our own kids – they sprout like weeds overnight!
